Ben is fantastic. I was concerned about crushed pipes under an old home. He sent the camera up and alleviated all my concerns, cut the roots growing through with his jet machine, and has been a real lifesaver. Knowing I don't need to spend tens of thousands like I was quoted by another so-called 'professional' company was a huge relief.

We have been using Ben for the past 4.5 years. They have been honest, reliable, on time, and no nonsense. They have provided quality, well above the standard service to our house and rental. You can tell they are locally minded plumbers who value their clients by taking pride in their work. They are happy to answer any questions, including explaining why things need to be done certain ways. Their receptionist is on the ball and will either answer the call right away or call back within the hour. I did not have to chase anything! Five stars is not enough for Ben and his crew!
Henry was punctual and gave me notice when he was about 30 minutes away. He is very knowledgeable, thoroughly investigated the issue and was able to communicate the problem in a way that even a person with zero plumbing experience could understand. He gave multiple solutions, was upfront about the risk of future issues, and honest about the cost of parts and service so there wasn't any unseen shock at the end. Plus, he was really nice to my dog and just a great lad all round.
Ben went above and beyond with a job at my place. He dealt with several plumbing issues I requested help for, but did much more than I had asked. You can tell he has decades of experience with the way he carries out the inspections, explains the issues before carrying out the fix. On top of that, he was also approachable and a good chap to chat to.

- Should I repair or replace my hot water system?
- A leaking tank doesn't always mean a replacement: a failed element, thermostat or valve is usually worth repairing. We'll test it and give you a straight answer either way.
- What size system do I need?
- It depends on household size and usage. We'll size it around how many people are in the house and your peak demand, not just swap like-for-like if that unit was never right.
- Do you install heat pumps?
- Yes. We specialise in heat pump installations. We only use quality, quick-recovery units from Gree, Rinnai or Rheem, installed to current Australian Regulations and backed by a Certificate of Compliance.
- Do you install gas hot water units?
- Yes. We have partnerships with all the leading manufacturers such as Gree, Rinnai, Rheem, Thermann and others.
- Do you charge a call-out fee?
- Yes - we charge a standard call-out fee that covers getting a licensed plumber to your door, and it includes the first half hour's labour for work or assessment. We'll always explain the costs clearly before any work begins.
